Thankful and stressed

It is the day after thanksgiving. We had awesome food this morning thanks to Uncle Chris and Aunt Pammy.
We had a small family thanksgiving yesterday with Nana and Aunt Lore. We now have enough leftovers to last us until the end of next week.

This big boy right here is now an old hand at using public bathrooms and can be taken anywhere without fear of accidents. He is now tall enough to not need a step for the toilet and that has simplified things considerably. Wednesday was the last day for Grandma and Grandpa Scearce to be watching the kids and now they switch over to Nana as their full daytime caregiver. GOOD LUCK MOM!
Kiernan had to go to the Dr. this week to check out some bumps under his right arm.
Kiernan has Molluscum contagiosum . We have a prescription for a numbing creme and 45 minutes after we use it (and wrap his affected bits in saran wrap) we will go back to the Dr. to have the bumps scraped off...bla
apparently it wont hurt much

This girl right here scared the pants off of all of us. If you keep up with my Tumblr then you saw last week where I posted about her nasty fall and head trauma and not breathing. Well apparently on Wednesday when she was with Grandma and Grandpa Scearce she got super mad about a diaper change and stopped breathing again. From poking around the internet I think it is BHS but of course we need to take her in and get her checked out. It could also be seizures/epilepsy or sever anemia or heart trouble.
aaaaa
I had such a hard time yesterday treating her normally. I am determined to treat her normally and not mess with her routine or sleeping arrangements (honestly I wanted to hold her all day and have her sleep in the bed with me just to keep a close eye). I don't want to screw up her sleep patterns or ability to sooth herself to sleep but boy am I on edge.

Behaviorally they are both as good as gold. They are really playing together quite a bit now and although Megan's walking has created some heated moments when she wanders through Kiernan's block creations and train tracks we are really enjoying her new mobility.
There may or may not be scary things afoot with Davids job but it is too soon to know anything definite. Just early enough to know some layoffs may or may not happen and they may or may not impact him.
In other news school is hard, Kiernan likes to talk about poop, Megan will eat anything put in front of her and Mom worked her last day of full time work this week!
