This weekend we went to Cunningham falls to swim in the lake hike to the falls and eat grilled peaches with blueberries. In other words we had a fun summer weekend. It is always tricky to do these outings and keep Kiernan's nap schedule. He naps at 9 am and at 3 pm if all goes well. We still did alright with only a fussy period during the hike when only mommy would do for a ride.
Kiernan ate string cheese (nom nom) a few bites of rosemary potato and some grilled blueberries. He turned his nose up at the grilled peaches which is funny because he is crazy about peaches. He wanted to touch the grill and kept telling us it was HOT. We did a good bit of toddler wrangling to avoid the poison ivy in the raspberry bushes and the hot grills everywhere and the general sense of curiosity that causes little boys to pull up other peoples tent stakes.

oh ma gosh i'm dying to see that little boy again soon! That sounds like the most perfect summer weekend, so glad you guys were able to do that! I hope there are more pictures :)
