The Santa Trains

White Flint mall

and
Walkersville Southern Railroad

The Weather has been pretty bad lately. We have been lucky, with Christmas just around the corner there are plenty of warm fun things to do. Our cool new interest of late is the train.
The mall has a fun small train that is both warm and easily accessible. The "locomotive" is probably a golf cart with a train shell over top.

We got to chose which color car to ride in (green) and about halfway through Kiernan decided that next time we will try the blue car. He has retained the knowledge of that decision. Our White Flint train ride was 2 weeks ago and still randomly he will walk up to me and "say blue car next time.".

Last weekend we tried the full scale version. This one had free cookies and hot chocolate and Santa. Kiernan was not thrilled by Santa. Everytime Santa asked Kiernan a question the answer was apolite but firm "No!". Hahaha.

Santa confused the heck out of me. He said to me "I remember when you were this small." In the back of my head I am thinking... but I am not even from this state, I have never been in Walkersville before...who is this guy?! OOOHHHH it is Santa, we are roll playing...play along Missy play along...
I have seen the video of this exchange and there is no discernible pause. I played it off entirely but in my head that pause took almost a full minute.
