Up to Thanksgiving

Kiernan has begun learning to ice skate. He is loving church for the singing and the stories and the little play-house. We raked leaves and played on the deck. We are having extra cuddle time.

He is speaking so clearly and doing a great job of expressing himself. Unfortunately that includes a good bit of "I am unhappy." and lots and lots of "No! I don't want to.". He is happy right up until he is not.

Megan has her tongue tie fixed tomorrow. Just the two of us off to the Dr.s office so they can cut her tongue.
:(
She has been practicing nursing on fingers and on me. She is definitely getting better. Enough so that she now gets a bit milk drunk off the whole thing. lol

I am really hoping that after the operation she will be able to drink without losing milk out of the sides of her mouth and that the effort of nursing wont frustrate her so much. I would love to switch to exclusive breastfeeding ( easier if I wernt going back to work in a few weeks). Right now with the pumping I am producing WAY too much milk. The fridge is full, the freezer is filling up and I am very uncomfortable much of the time and in need of emptying out. I have been looking at breast milk donation sites. I know that especially NICU's really need donations. I am a little greedy just now to have a good stock in case I get sick or something but I can very easily see a future in which we have a storage problem.
