Nana and the kids have started some seeds in attendance to the calendar rather than in adherence with the weather.
On Friday the cold came back. It was freezing and snowy and just way too wintery.
We retreated back to Chuck E Cheese again. The kids were champing at the bit to get into the place. We arrived at 9:30. We were the first ones there and our early arrival allowed us to get out in time for Megan's nap with out rushing anything.
The kids had a blast again and Kiernan made a huge leap in his ticket winning abilities. He was a great big brother and took Megs on rides and got her a prize with his winnings.
For other indoor activities over the weekend there was some great car crafting with daddy and some eating. As you can see we now have cereal holders. We had a horrible surprise of weevils and have had a thorough cleaning out of cabinets and some buying of new things.
EEEwwwwww also eewwwww.
Megan can't decide if she is my daughter, eating ramen for breakfast, or Davids daughter, eating cereal for breakfast. She is as always her own girl and just decided to have both.
Kiernan decided to help with laundry,
and yard-work...
We had a nice tea-party in the cold while Megan slept.
We went to the park where the kids enjoyed the swings and the climbing but most of all the grates and storm drains.
This was more than a bit tiring.
This weekend we went again to Scearce's and to visit young Kaleb.
Then of course the snow came back, making our bird feeder very popular.
The rest of the day was clearing the driveway and baking bread and wishing work would close for a change.
Oh well.
It is March now so this should be the end of the snow for the season...?
