Ladies and Gentlemen I give you Brenna of whom Kiernan once lamented, "How can I marry Brenna?! I don't even know where she lives!".
She has if possible even more energy than he dose. She was very sweet to Megan. She and Kiernan clearly like each other very much.
This week was fundraiser at California Tortilla week for Kiernan's school.
I have never seen California Tortilla as packed as it was for that fundraiser. Kiernan was jubilant and Megan was weirdly wired and bad. She kept grabbing strangers and not listening to me. She was a mess. I hoped once we sat down with our food that the energy would find its focus. It did. She threw up all over the place.
Poor Megs.
Mom took Megan to the pediatrician and got her some medicine and after about 5 days of early morning crying wake ups and refusing to use the potty and "special butt paste" we are getting back to normal. On the upside making sure to drink lots of water and more yogurt for all has been beneficial.
We are all, however; I think looking forward to a more normal sleeping routine.
By Friday on our Mommy and Megan special day things were looking so up we splurged on a bit of sugar.
We went to a farm with Nana and we did the bouncy thing.
I really love the bouncy thing.
Megan loves the corn crib. Here she is making corn angles.
We even took a trip down to the pumpkin patch.
Megan found a pumpkin she liked
She sat on it for about 3 minutes but nothing hatched out of it so she moved on.
Inspecting Christmas trees...
Megan has holiday fever. She is very excited about her birthday and about Halloween and about Thanksgiving and on and on.
She is now off of her medication and feeling fine.
She is back to herself and look out world here she comes!
So we went to the Trick or Treat trail after all.
There were character meet and greets with candy.
There were scary monsters to bash.
There were games and bouncy castles.
Do you ever get the feeling these kids are tired of me pointing the camera at them all the time?
